His talents have landed him on countless projects for other artist as a writer and a producer.
Born Damion Morse, Raised in Atlanta, Ga. and the oldest of five children, Minister Blak weathered a challenging childhood. It was this challenge that gave him the strength to tackle the world with a head on collision of hard music and scathing lyrics while also making him an advocate for Jesus. Now living in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, with his wife and three children, Minister Blak has been relentlessly working hard for the last decade as a Holy Hip Hop artist as well as an artist friendly producer. Known as being a hard worker, Minister Blak keeps his focus by staying on a unique regime that includes daily work in the perfection of his talents.
In 2005, Minister Blak started his music label and production company officially under the name “Blaksociety Music” and "H 5ive Produktions" that focuses on individuals that chooses to use their talent of music. The company has released Blak’s second solo album entitled “The Testament” (Produced by Minister Blak) in 2008 and has released his newest CD entitled "Free Indeed" (Produced by Minister Blak) in 2010 that produced his biggest single to date “New Day”. With more music projects on the way, Minister Blak is sure to take life lessons and experiences and inject them into the veins of his music.

* Our mission is to win souls for the kingdom of God and to forge relationships that can further this goal. The method in which we do this is Holy Hip Hop music, for every soul that listens to our music, our hope is that soul will be guided towards salvation through the word of God and be strengthened to witness to someone else. The mission is a simple one, however it's a work that's never completed.
